My Story
Patterns Shape Outcomes
My nearly 30-year career began as a hazardous materials manager in the aerospace industry, where I learned to identify patterns in complex systems.
When I transitioned to K–12 education in 1999, I brought that analytical lens with me. Over time, I began to see patterns in how women leaders were developed. Some were intentionally mentored and sponsored. Others navigated complexity alone.
I was fortunate. Mentors saw my potential and opened doors. I experienced what strategic support can make possible. I also witnessed what happens when that support is uneven.
That recognition is why I founded WOVƎN.
